Ms. Murphy founded City Enterprise Inc. in 2006 and the company quickly established itself as a reputable and solid residential and commercial general contractor. In addition to a successful a private land development project including all site preparations and utility construction to construction of several 1800 square foot residential homes and many commercial projects, City Enterprise has completed construction projects for various U.S. Government Agencies including the U.S. Navy at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI, the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT., the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, NH, the Federal Aviation Administration, Army Corps of Engineers and the General Services Administration. City Enterprise Inc. is recognized as a very conscientious and reliable contractor that delivers superior projects on time and on budget.

The management of City Enterprise Inc., Wonderlyn Murphy, President & CEO, and A. Jaskievic Sr. Project Manager and Estimator, Peter Estimator, Kevin Kraus Operations Manager has more than fifty years of combined commercial construction experience.

Wonderlyn Murphy, the President of City Enterprise Inc. was raised in the family construction business. Ms. Murphy earned a B.S. degree in Architectural Design Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Masters of Management from Cambridge College, and obtained a Massachusetts Department of Public Safety Construction Supervisors License. After serving an apprenticeship with Eastern General Contractors, Inc. of Springfield, MA, Ms. Murphy became a Project Manager for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) managing multi-million dollar construction projects at the Deer Island facility in Boston Bay.

Kevin Kraus our Operations Manager is a very high energy, very positive, visionary that brings all these attributes to the team in a very professional way. Kevin’s background in Architecture and construction fit-outs has really taken the team to another level of thinking and also taken the firm to new levels as well.

Peter Jaskievic, LEED AP, Estimator, has worked more than thirty years in the construction industry and on many contracts for the National Park Service, Westover Air Reserve, Army Corps of Engineers. Beginning with the construction of the Fire Training Facility at Westover ARB in the mid-nineties to the Steam Lines and Stack Replacement project at the Bedford VA which began in 2009, Peter has estimated, negotiated and managed many Dam repair, Bridge repair, roadway repaving and miscellaneous civil improvement projects for the USACE.
