Construction Project Manager

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Manage complex public and private construction projects.
  • Although this position will be required to oversee multiple project superintendents and field workers, the primary responsibility will be to the bottom-line of the projects as well as assuring safety, schedule and quality.
  • Assist in planning the schedule and coordinate all phases of projects, including job cost accounting and billing procedures, liaison with the owner, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.

Construction Superintendent

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Hands-on and will make the project their own by taking full control of the field operations, running the schedule, pushing the project team, coordinating subcontractors and constructing a quality building on time and under budget.
  • Comfortable working with and managing workers across diverse disciplines and skillsets to build a cohesive, capable team.
  • Candidates who are proficient with computers, software, and technology are preferred.
  • CSL is preferred but not required and any additional licenses would be a big help in determining project selection.

APM/Project Coordinator

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Assists project manager with planning work schedules, updating the project schedule and arranging for assignment of project personnel.
  • Coordination of project personnel activities to ensure progression schedule are within the prescribed budget.
  • Advise the project manager of potential problems, work interference or schedule difficulties and will circumvent/resolve such problems as required.
  • Review submittals for compliance with specification and constructability and recommend action needed.
  • Compose and/or edit letters, memos, reports, and procedures as required.
  • Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items (i.e., Purchase Orders, financial reports, submittals, PCO’s, and RFI’s.) per PM authorization.
  • Prepare special reports, studies, timesheets, and statistical analysis per supervisor’s request. Such items would usually require research, development and/or interpretation of data and be performed with little supervision or instruction.
  • Learn and implement Lean Construction methods and practices Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills mandatory.
  • Must be an independent learner who can create process that allows them to effectively complete tasks.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Procore experience, and scheduling software familiarity.
  • Position has continual contact with clients, management, and project staff.
  • Must be courteous, professional, and diplomatic.
  • Superior organization skills and possess the ability to multitask.
  • OSHA 10 Certification, or ability to obtain
