Overview

This contract includes the complete removal of the existing roofing and roof appurtenances on three municipal buildings: City Hall Annex, DPW, and the Children’s Museum/Volleyball HOF. A total of 27,000 square feet of existing roofing is being replaced with new rigid insulation and membrane roofing. Skylights at two buildings are being replaced. The existing masonry will be replaced, repointed and repaired where and as required.
