The Work includes services for a design and construction for the replacement of windows in Dormitory Buildings 5902 & 5903. Approximately 188 windows include but not limited to Asbestos Abatement, Demo, Metal Flashing, & Painting. The dormitory buildings will remain in operation during this project. The goal of this project is to create a comfortable and energy efficient interior environment without sacrificing the historical integrity and character of the buildings.
