This project required the removal and replacement of the 30,000 square foot Rocket Arena existing EPDM membrane roof and the 17,290 square foot Administration Wing EPDM membrane roof with new PVC membrane roofing. A new humidification system was also installed and the existing clerestory windows were replaced with a new Kalwall translucent wall system at the gymnasium. The team successfully navigated this project during the height of the pandemic while the Gymnasium was being used as a COVID-19 testing and vaccine administration center.
