This project was a complete renovation and restoration of the exterior envelopes of 3 traditional-style masonry 3-story residence dormitories at Umass Amherst. The renovation and restoration required detailed coordination between the roofing, painting, carpentry, and asbestos abatement teams. The three dormitories required extensive asbestos abatement, shingle roofing, exterior window replacements, and completely new construction for certain sections. The project operated smoothly and safely thanks to close collaboration between our team and the University Resident & Housing Department.
