The project consists of selective demo and installation of new improvements and renovations to the 12,000 sf auxiliary gym. Construct new basketball suite of offices, student lounge and film room. It also includes the renovation of the men’s and women’s basketball locker rooms. The scope includes MEP work, fire protection and new finishes. This job started in March of 2020 and was completed in September of 2020.
